Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Recopy ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

License

Recopy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Subscriptions & Purchases

Recopy offers a free tier and paid Pro subscriptions (monthly, yearly, and lifetime). All purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment that grants permanent access to all Pro features.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app's systems or networks.
Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the app.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Recopy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recopy and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the app.

Recopy is a clipboard management tool. While we include features like sensitive data detection, we cannot guarantee detection of all sensitive information. You are responsible for reviewing clipboard content before pasting.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
